With the double sided walling the plate can be filled with hot water to keep your meal hotter longer idea for slow eaters.

You can also fill the cavity with chilled water to keep cold deserts colder longer.

The plate also features a non slip ring on the base so it does move around a solid surface and takes away the necessity of a non slip mat.

The plate is dishwasher safe but must be emptied first and the plugs put back in place prior to putting into the dishwasher.

This plate should not be used in a microwave.

The sustainable plate is BPA free and 100 percent made in Germany.
